The container units surround a central courtyard. Specially commissioned ‘ Flying Bouquets’ along the perimeter of the courtyard and Dicksonia Antartica ferns create a hidden oasis of calm and delight in the middle of Hackney. An extra generous external walkway as well as breakout spaces on the first floor contribute to the variety of spaces where one can gather one’s thoughts during the course of one’s day.

There are showering facilities and ample bike parking racks on the premises. The site is certified Secured By Design and is lit from dusk till dawn daily with CCTV monitoring. There is an accessible lift to the first floor as well as an accessible toilet on the Ground floor.

Wireless access points are provided in each container for ease of connecting to the internet with external wireless access points providing internet connectivity for the break out areas. There is also a Pantry for the community with instant Hot and Chilled water and washing up facilities. Male and female toilets and shower facilities are available. Maintenance of the communal areas is carried out on a daily basis.
